Privacy Policy
We collect very little, and this page explains all of it — what you give us, why we ask for it, where it lives, and how to have it corrected or removed.

Who we are
This website is operated by DreaMedia Technologies Ltd., a software development company based in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this site, and we handle it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions about this policy can go to inquiries@dreamedia.ca.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through our contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, and the message you write us. This site has no user accounts, and we do not gather personal information about you from any other source.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. That means reading your message, replying by email, and — if you asked for a callback — phoning you. We do not use your details for anything unrelated to the conversation you started with us.
Where it is stored
The information you submit is stored in this website's database, on servers located in Canadian data centres, and a copy is emailed to our inquiries@dreamedia.ca inbox so we can reply to you. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information in our care against loss, theft, and unauthorized access.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you have clearly asked to be on one, and we do not share your details with third parties except where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets two essential cookies, both needed for it to work: a session cookie (dreamedia-session) and a security token (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects our forms against forged submissions. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiles, or any third-party marketing cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to handle the conversation — for example, while a consultation is being scheduled or a project discussion is under way. Once it is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@dreamedia.ca and we will respond during our support hours, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to raise a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Updates to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of the page. This version is effective September 2026.
